Terms of Sale
These Terms govern purchases from clunpia.com. By placing an order you agree to our Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders subject to stock availability, pricing errors or delivery constraints.
- Prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed at checkout.
- Orders placed before our cutoff times are eligible for same-day delivery where offered.
- Perishable goods (flowers) may not be eligible for standard returns — see Delivery & Perishables section.

Consumer Rights & Cancellation (GBR)
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you generally have the right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days. However, flowers and perishable goods are exempt once the order is delivered or once the service has started (e.g., bespoke arrangements made to order).

Clunpia processes personal data in line with UK GDPR. We collect minimal data required to process orders and communicate delivery updates. See Privacy Policy for details on rights, data retention and how to exercise them.

Delivery & Perishables
We aim for prompt delivery with tracking where available. Delivery times depend on stock, postcode, and service chosen. For same-day deliveries, orders must meet the specified cutoff time.
- Delivery attempts: one standard attempt included; re-delivery may incur charges.
- Substitution: where specific stems are unavailable, we may substitute with similar quality blooms of equal or greater value.
- Risk & title: risk passes on delivery; we recommend providing a safe drop location when possible.
Complaints & Liability
If you have a complaint, please notify us as soon as possible with order number and photos where relevant. We will investigate and offer remedy options such as replacement, partial refund or goodwill gestures where appropriate.
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services except where applicable law (GBR) provides otherwise. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.
